You as an employee

Your duties

As HR Advisor Germany, you will have a diverse job. Besides supporting in the area of payroll administration, your focus is also on attracting and retaining colleagues for our German branches. You are involved in the entire application process, you know how to advertise our vacancies on the right channels and how to enthuse people to become part of Verhoek Europe. You are in daily contact with our (new) colleagues and take on further occurring HR tasks and projects. Your location is our branch in 44581 Castrop-Rauxel, but you will occasionally visit our other branches.

Your skills

What do we expect

You have a completed education and relevant professional experience in the HR field. This means you have the right knowledge in the field of recruitment, payroll administration and tax, social security and labour law. You also have experience with HR Suite or other software solutions. As a person, you like dealing with people, are an engaged person and strong in communication.
